Starting in January, Chef Troy will create lunch specials every Thursday and Friday. If you’d like to receive notices, please email the proshop and include “Lunch Specials” in the subject line.
This week, January 11th and 12th, Chef Troy will prepare two lunch specials:
Blackened Salmon Ciabatta with sweet onion chutney, jalapeño jam and soft cream cheese. Served with sweet potato fries. $12
Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with wild mushroom risotto and rosemary tomato cream. $11
The Meadowmeer Grill is open:
- Monday – Friday 10:30 am – 3:30 pm
- Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
