Pro’s Tip – Warm up before you play! I often encourage my students to develop a good warm up routine. While here at Meadowmeer we lack a driving range, you can take a few swings into the net or even just warm up with some practice swings. Loose muscles will work better and help prevent injury. Just as important as swinging the club is taking the time to use the practice putting green. Make sure to arrive a few minutes early for your tee time and hit a few putts and chips. This will help you develop some feel for the speed of the greens. I also want to make sure I hit a few really nice chips and putts that will boost my confidence. I don’t really try to work on technique rather just try to find some tempo and rhythm to my stroke. Warm up and play better!
